They indirectly lower your vibrations by their presence.

Regardless, when you know yourself well enough, it will be easier to determine what you want in life and what you don’t want, your standards will be clearer and it will be easier to determine what you want to strive for.
9. Eat healthier foods
People don’t lie when they say you are what you eat. If you consume too much-processed food, which is fried, frozen, your body does not get adequate energy. The food that raises the vibration is any raw food, primarily fruits, and vegetables. The best is the one that is naturally grown, and even better – freshly stored. Of course, switching to this diet is a personal choice and should not be forced.
10. Do a good deed
Helping other people in need will awaken gratitude and positive feelings in you because you have made it easier for someone. Selfishness will not bring you more money, happiness, or love but will only deprive you of new experiences, relationships, and peace.
